Hi,

Got the news from my Attoney. Still have to check on AVM.
EB3
PD: 12/97
I-485: 12/99
FP: 08/99
RFE-I: 10/00 (Pay stubs, etc)
RFE-II: 01/01 (new I-140 WAC 01-136xxx-xx); RD: 03/21/01; Approved:08/first week/01

Whats the validity of FP? Any recent experience on 485 Approval after RFE-I-140 Approval?

I guess you never announced the good news before.
Can you please post details. such as RFE date reply date
approval date, 485 approval date.

I got news from my lawyer yesterday. The notice date on approval letter is 07/31/01.

RFE from CSC because of Change in ownership of campany received on Dec 31 2000.
Had filed for I140 in Dec, 2000 at VSC (Very bad decision!!!)
I140 Approval from VSC - 18th July, 2001
I485 Approval from CSC - 6th Aug, 2001
Priority Date Sept, 1998

Some of these dates may not be exact as they represent when I get the news from my lawyers.
