Here is my case status:
H4 to H1 filled: 14th Oct 2009
RFE issued: 27th October 2009
RFE request : Paystube after June 2009 till date
My background is, I was on H1b and working with company A but as my project ended, and I was on bench for sometime., I filled for my h4 status in July and got approval in August.Now I have got a permanent offer from company B and filled for premium processing of H4 to h1b.
My case is pending and RFE is issueg asking for salary slips after june 2009 till date. I have not understood what evidence should I provide and I am on H4 rt now and not working. Does USCIS mean salary stubs of my husband to see if I am on legal h4? I had not sent my husband's salary stubs earlier.
Please help and reply. Is there anyone in a simialr condition. My case is filled with California service center. How many days USCIS takes for decision, once documents are sent to them?
