RFE generated. RD 2/14/2002

An RFE has been generated today.
The curious thing is that it has been generated for my son and I.
The status of my wife and daugther is still the same.
Any clues from the wise folks in this forum....or should I be patient?
 
Yours could be the ususal, Employment Letter/Pay Stubs/Tax Returns. Your son's could be for birth certificate or medical. Only your lawyer will get the original RFE Notice, you won't get a copy from USCIS. Keep in touch with your lawyer, and try to get in the response as soon as possible. Best of Luck.
 
Guys...RFE received by lawyer.
For me they have asked employment verification letter.
For my son, its Birth certificate with his name.

I've changed my job after 180 days. My current employer has provided the employment verification letter.
Should I send the AC21 letter too?
 
Yeah, pretty much what I expected.

It's always better to explain your case to the adjudications officer as to how/when/why you used AC21 just so that they are clear. It's better if your lawyer drafts the cover letter since they seem to articulate it well.

RFE reply received by INS on 6/29/2004.
Received emails from USCIS.
Now the waiting begins.....

Whats the trend these days for approval after RFE.....1 month, 2 months?

As Mavishak explained you have to mention everything on what circumstances you switched Job.
Alos make sure your new Job definition are pretty close to old one
I think you should be appproved in less than months as your already Feb 2002 , passed Processing time

Your approval should come in a month. That seems to be the current trend even though mine took about 7 weeks.
