I recently changed jobs in Feb. My I-485 became current last year itself but my namecheck was pending. My namecheck got cleared in April. The lawyers fromy my new company did not apply AC21 but applied G28 (change of lawyers). The said they will apply AC21 when they get RFE because that can be tracked easily.
I am not sure of the reason for RFE. It can be because of my birth certificate also. I don't have BC. I got a NAC but did not apply for it.
Can somebody tell me where will the RFE be posted to? Will that be to me or to my current lawyers or to my old company lawyers?
