I received an RFE on my case it is asking for the company financial for the the year 2004.2005.2006.2007,2008 i had applied from company A but the company B is also owned by the same owner.
Company A financial are not so strong but company B financial are very strong so can we show emalgamation of 2 companies & present my case
Also would like to know if i start working for company B immd which shall have my couple of pay stub to submit with my RFE rersponse shall this make the case stronger
