I just checked the AVM and find out both of me and my wife case has been approved !!

My RFE case is a rare.
They asked for I-485 supplementary form for 245i and $1000 fine.
Anyway here\'s my brief story: When I was in college, my I-20 expired several months before I graduate. Therefore I was out of status.....
Anyway, I\'m free now.
