My friend told me that anyone with 485 pending for more than 1 year will receive RFE asking letter from current employer. This is a new thing started by USCIS.

Is this true? Anyone recently approved received such RFE?

I don't think so. If this is the case why USCIS is approving cases which were pending for more than 2 years. The employment letter is not asked all the times.

I have received RFE

I am not sure if it is true. But I have received RFE asking for updated info.

I replied to this RFE last year !
Will I get another one?
