I got my H1 Extension Approved. My original H1 is valid till July 2006 and i have a valid H1 visa till July 2006.
Hence i am planning to go to India in May end and come back by June end so that i don't have to go for a H1 visa stamping again.
But my question, do i need to submit both the I-94s ( Original one and the one came with the extension) or only the original one when i leave the United States. (Original one has validity only till july 2006. New one has till 2009.
