Retrogression -- need some information

Hi

I got my GC (thru CP in Mumbai) in Sept 2005 and my wife's GC is stuck because of retrogression.

I have a daughter (9 months old ) who is American Citizen.

I am in USA and my wife and kid are in India and we want to find out what are our options for them to come here.

Option which I can think of is to just wait the PD to be become current for us.

Is there any option based on my kid being American citizen.

Please share your opinion.
