I had open an enquiry with USCIS and the response is
The processing of Your case has been delayes. All petitions/applications by this Service are required to have routine security checks that are resulting in delays. As a result of lack of manpower to complete checks in timely manner, we have no control on how long these checks will take.

WHAT are the next steps for me

I have emailed FBI in january but havent recievd any reply.

I was in same situation.

Just wait for your next Inquiry date and open another Inquiry. In the mean time send a request to FBI request info. on your security check.

In couple of moths time, you should have status change on your case.

What do you mean by wait on next enquiry date?? I already sent an email to FBI. IS there any other way i can enquire

I am talking about the USCIS inquiry. Once you get a response from USCIS and you are not approved subsequently, you should be able inquiry again after 60 days of response of previous inquiry.

My experience was some of experience with USCIS

Opened the First Inquiry around Oct 15th.
Recieved similar response what you received on Mid Nov.
Sometime end of Dec they have initiated FBI security check request.
Opened second Inquiry around Jan 17th.
Approved Feb 18th...

AR-11 again for kid over the age of 14

Hi,

Do I have to send AR-11 again after my kid become over 14 year old?

Today I got a response from USCIS for inquiry which was requested on 03/03/2005.

It said "... allow 90 days to hear from this office." and
"... send AR-11 if you have not submitted it within the last two weeks" in FINAL NOTE.

I sent all my family's AR-11 in July 2002. At that time my kid was 13 year old.
I don't understand what they saying.

Thank you for your advance.
