I've received a letter saying I need to mail out my passport to Buffalo Office in order for them to issue my visa. I've applied from Quebec while I went to school there but once I applied I went back to Morocco for some family stuff while waiting for an answer. It's been exactly a year and half since I left (the time my file took to be processed).
There are 2 options in the letter from which I can choose to mail my passport from. Both of them dont apply to me since I'm in Morocco. They both suggest to mail my passport either from the US or Canada.
Any advice please? It would really be appreciated!
