We went through the immigration process but when we got the immigrant visa, were not able to use it before it expired in 2008. However we received a letter saying we could apply for a replacement visa. Would it still be possible to apply for a replacement visa and if so, where do we apply? (There was no directions in the letter instructing how to apply.)
