Relocate while pending I-140 & I-485 (approved LC, AP and EAD)

Folks,

My case is being process in "Vermont Service Center"

LC - Approved July 2003
EAD - Approved Sept 2003 (not using it yet) still on H1
AP - Approved in Jan 2004
I140/485 - Pending (Concurrent filing in Sept 2003, so 6 months complete)


I will have to relocate to another state, with the same company and keeping the same position.

- Is there any issues with my pending I140 and I485, if I move from CT (east coast) to CA (West cost) ?

- Will my I485 processign be transffered from Vermont to California center.

- Anyone in the same situation, please advise.

NO. Your case will be treated as any other case.

- Will my I485 processign be transffered from Vermont to California center.
Million dollar question. Many a times a case is transferred when the applicant moves from one jurisdiction tio an another. But it is not a consistent process.
Check
I-485 Transfer to local office.
