Hai,

Iam a student doing my Masters and i thought of Graduating in Dec 2002, But i could not graduate in december as i could not complete my project .
I submitted a F1 course equivalency forum saying that this is my last semester(i,e Fall2002)
Now my question is am i out of status?
.
I want to graduate by May2003 . Can i change my F1 status to H1B within May2003 according to the rules .

If iam out of status .How much grace time do i get to change my status .
Is that legal to change status from F1 to H1.?

I lost admission

Hi

I was not able to attent my 5th semister because of health and financial situation.And after a month i got to know i have been suspended from the college.I am yet to complete my MS.
Can i get another i20 and what is the next steps i need to take to stay back in USA and complete my MS.
