The trend of issuing FP appointments to whoever calls one year after their ND, is not hapenning now. People used to be successful before they got rid of direct customer service numbers to service centers. Now there is no trend, there aren't many FPs issued also. Whoever the SYSTEM (???) picks-up they are getting. As I see, there is no pattern. I could get FP notice via manual request in March and FPed in May. We are still waiting for my wife's. Very depressed to see FP dept. which was actively working for 4 to 5 months going to slump again.
