I won in the lottery DV 2020, participated as a citizen of Russia.
But presently I'm protected person in Canada and I don't have passport, the Canadian government has issued me a document equivalent to the passport for travel.
May I use this Canadian travel document for my case (apply DS-260 form and for visa)?
