How to refile I-140 without original labor? Pls advice
My 140 was incorrectly filed in EB2
and denied..waiting for actual denial reasons.
But USCIS is not going to return my original labor cert
What are my options?
When I called USCIS said i send form G884 to get original back..not sure if that will work.
I can file with copy but its going to delay processing..say 2 years!
What do I do? Please advice.
