I did not sign one of the papers. I mailed out REF today by FedEx.
when could I expect to get approved? Thanks

great.. finally receive your RFE... when did they tell you there is an RFE for your case???

How long it takes them to send out your RFE?

I think you will get your approval pretty soon

AVM updated on Oct 29 and said that " on oct 26 we mailed you ..."
and my attorney got it today. I think the mail actually arrived on
last saturday (Nov 3).

also, from my experience in reading the posts, it takes some time ( 2-4 weeks) to write the REF letter. Once they send out the mail, the AVM will be updated. So you need to check your AVM.
