My 6 year h1b is ending in march 2014 and my green card has not been filed yet
I got a job couple of days back but I fear I will not have enough time to get I 140 approved by the time by h1 b expires
My question is : since the company that hired me recently went through the whole recruitment process and hired me .. Can the company use this to file my labour application and save the recruitment time which will save me 3 months
