Received letter from INS for two photos of my wife for EAD . Does any body got this ?

gvs26, did you submit 2 photos on EAD application?

If you did, it is possible that perhaps those photos got physically detached from your wife\'s EAD application and the immigration officer is not able to find them on your wife\'s application. I believe all 3 applications (I-485, EAD, AP) are separated out from the original package that we send to INS and then each individual application gets picked up by INS when they are ready to be adjuducated. My wife too got an RFE for "evidence of eligibility" on her EAD.

Just send the 2 photos and you will be fine.

As you said I sent two photos to INS last week. fyi I went for the fingerprinting three weeks back in San Francisco.
