You mentioned about AC21 date as Feb 04. Did you just change jobs or sent NSC notification regarding your job change. Could you please clarify. Appreciate your response.

AC31 Feb/2002 notified NSC tht my company has been divested
and aquired by new entity.

Sorry for the confusion. I am an oldtimer on this forum. I stated participating in 2000 or 2001 at LC stage.

I am not lucky at all. Here what I went through

1st LC Jan 2000 rejected in AUgust
2d LC Feb 2001 approved in 02/2002 - SESA took for ever some may remember why.
I140 RFE in June 2002.
I485 RFE now.

I may not be active as I used to be but I still follow the use the space as a very valuable community.

you mentioned your received EMAIL NOTIFICATION - is that directly from INS.if so can i know INS email address.

You can register your LIN number to receive USCIS notification

The USCIS case status site allows you to register several LIN number and receive notification when the cases are update.


I was not able to access to the case status site to get the direct URL for email notification but here is the case status URL https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

The status is not accessible at this hour.
