ND for EAD : 4/25/01
Approved EAD on 7/18/01

I had also got the EAD from local INS, Newark after 90 days. Note that EAD from local INS was not retro to the expiration date of last EAD. But EAD from NSC is reto to the expiration date of the last EAD.

I got my AP renewed by NSC, the dates are NOT retroactive. Are your renewed AP dates also retroactive?

I haven\'t received the renewed EAD\'s yet, wonder if they\'ll be retroactive.

I did not renew my AP. But your EAD will be definitly retro to the expiration date of last EAD. (This as per the INS rule. Read Sheela Murthy web site)

To make it clear please post:
- The expiration date of your first EAD,
- The start date of your new EAD from local INS office, and
- The start date of your new EAD from NSC.
