Could somebody please explain what do those dates mean? I really don't get it.
It means nothing, nothing at all, I believe they publish such type of crap only for reports or for some attorneys to have kind of excuse. When you call them, their answering machine says that they accept complains if case was filed more than 4 weeks ago. However their (USCIS) employees keep saying, DO NOT CALL US AT LEAST 90 DAYS, they have enormous number of cases.
