I am born cadian teacher and i file my LC Nov 04 with Eb 3 and also my I 140 is also approved so when i can file I 485 and when my spouse able to work

You can file your 485 when the priority date for EB3 hits Nov 04. Your spouse can work when she gets an EAD (after you file for her 485) or when she gets a work permit on her own merit. PS...I am also Canadian by birth but do not consider myself to be a more real citizen than those who are Canadian by choice.
