I abandoned my green card in 2006, and have been living in Canada (I am Canadian) with my American husband since then.
Now we wish to move back to the US.
Since we have been married for 19 years and have a child together, and I have already been approved once for a green card, I can only assume this will be a relatively straight-forward case. Anyone done this? Advice? Have been talking to a lawyer state-side, but would like to hear anecdotes of others who have done this, would like to know how long it took, etc.
