Got EAD and AP in Novemebr. No FP yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is wrong with my case?Called INS. They said "They are processing April/01 cases. It will take couple of months to issue FP to me." What does it mean?

I am worried. Why did is it taking so long time?

Please advise me something.

I have the same problem

RD 7/18 ND 8/31 recvd EAD in August. But have not recvd FP yet. VSC. Staying in CA - Bay Area. I am worried too.

When did you call IIO? I had called IIO last week. And I was told the same thing "They are processing April/01 cases. It will take couple of months to issue FP to me."
 
Bigger problem

My RD 7/19/01 ND 9/5/01 FP waiting ?????INS VSC sayes becasue of there computer problem they didn\'t post notice and my FP was on 29th dec. Now they say it can take 4-6 moths to give FP date....So what to do now ?????????
 
FP-Delay

You guys are screwed-up by INS it seems, there should be no reason for the delay.
But as you folks said, INS is processing APRIL it means that very soon they will
come to your date(recently there are APRIL/MAY approvals) and issue FP notice,
again we are looking for extra month time here. I have seen similar type of cases
in California service center where with 2/3 weeks they are approved.

May be you can keep check on AVM message during night time, where you won\'t
waste time in dialing.
