Did you talk to an IIO recently? Why is the case pending when RD Apr cases are getting approved.?

I have Feb RD. I spoke twice in the last one month. I was told that the case is pending. No further details.

If you have any info please share.

I did not speak to the IIO. When they said pending in your case, did they give any indication of why other cases are getting approved (from 04/01 RD) and how much time will it take etc...
 
I personally feel it\'s a good idea to discuss with them your case only.

When you try to nail them with your statistical comparisons (how other cases are being processed), what you\'re basically doing is criticizing them for messing up. Since nobody likes to be criticized, they are likely to fight back, for example with statements like \'next time call us in July\'.

I believe the following questions will work better:
- I am wondering about status of my I-485, which was filed more than 380 day ago;
- what NDs are you processing now?
- how much time, approximately would it take for my case to be considered (just your evaluation)?
