Just received email from INS that our case has been approved 6/4/04.
For all 2001 filers, It seems that CA senator's office really helped us. I made enumous fax and email and calls to TSC director, help line and officer, none worked. Senator's fax did not work either. I finally persuad senator's office to call last Friday and got the approval the same day.
