RD 5/15 Approval

Guys,

Good News!!! My I-140 (EB-3) finally got approved on the 12th of October. I think VSC is working now.

Here are the details:
I-140:
RD: 5/15/2002
AD: 10/12/2002

EAD:
RD: 9/6/02
AD:10/8/02

FP Date: 10/19/2002

AP:
RD: 9/6/02
AD: ??

Hope other approvals come soon.

It is nice to know that concurrent applicants (who filed 485 much later, based on Pending 140 application) are getting the 140 approval. congrats.

congrates and please advise on my case

I understand a few cases with I-140 RD after May 15, 2002 have been approved. My RD is also May 15, 2002 but still pending ..WHY ? is this normal or does this warrant on something ? PLEASE ADVISE.
 
Finally approved 05/15 Recd date

INS has really displayed some speed in last 2 weeks, yes my case (I-140) was also approed.
