RIS is still functioning. "Jackie" has gone. Still people are there to help consultants. Reed Smith has teken over all the cases.

Also, RIS Webboard is not used by any1.

I dont know whether jackie\'s departure is good or bad.
Our I-140/I-485 documents were signed by J (G28,etc.,?),
will it affect GC our processing?

Yes. People are responding on time.Two guys contacted me from RIS for one single mail. I think its good for RIS that Jackie has gone.

What about the rest of us? I have no answers. My documents(g-28) were signed for Jackie, who is my attorney now?

How long did it take RIS to respond? What was your query, easy or difficult?

I sent two emails and left voice mails. No luck. No one called. No replies...
