well, let me explain my background.. My wife is a permanent resident and I am on H1B visa. We got married in 1999 January and My application was approved(I-131) in May 1999. Last year, I had applied for V visa and EAD and got approved in August 2002.
In september, I had to goto india since my father expired. I used my H1B visa for travelling to india and came back to US in october 2002. I just want to know, My V visa and EAD still valid or have to reapply for the same.
If you could help me in this regard, it will be great.
