advance parole
Im married to US citizen 2005,I got I 130 approve 2005 but i didnt apply for adjustment of status because i got misrepresentation upon my entry and i am inadmisable,Since the law comes out 2012 i now applying for adjustment of my status,work authorization and permit to travel. I recieve notice of action March 29,2013 and waiting for my finger print schedule and my interview, my question is, is there anybody in this site encounter traveling on advance parole recently?
