First a little background. Engineering Technician working under the supervision of an Engineer. So, 3rd preference skilled worker. LC & I-140 approved. Have some questions pertaining to doing a TN extension by mail with the Form I-129.

6) Page 15, Q-1 and R-1 Classifications (does this apply to me?)
7) Attachment -1 (is this for TD dependents or is there another Form for TD spouse and children ??)
I have reviewed these pages before asking for help, I believe many of them do not apply to my situation, however, ANY feedback would be appreciated. Do I just discard the parts of the application that do not apply???
