Does your boss think that extend H1B=Raise in pay?
ummmm.... interesting, mine too...and would not extend mine....I had to go with an EAD as soon as I could, and am not renewing it...submitted it last Monday, my attorney is saying it will take around 3 months...we will see, I guess...

I hate to bug my boss for processing another h1B -- she had lots of trouble processing my H1B earlier, so I didn't ask her to do anything for me this time. Now that I work on EAD, my EAD has to be kept current for me to keep working.
