After receiving an Affidavit of support (I864), whether SPONSORER should send filled I864 to the applicant/relative(In India) or to NVC? In Delhi consulate web site they mention that when applicant will be called for an interview among several other things (eg., police record,....), applicant should bring affidavit of support form.
I am kind of confused with this process. How exactly Nebraska SC, NVC and delhi consulate come into the picture?
