I previously posted about my husband's situation here back in November. See attached picture.
We are awaiting his sister to find their mother's Naturalization Certificate (hopefully she finds it) and also ordered one from (in case his sis can't find it) USCIS and from the National Archives (hopefully one of them processes it fast).
At the moment, we only have his mother's (deceased) US Passport that was issued back in May 3, '94 and has expired back in May 2, '04.
Will they be able to issue him a US Passport with his mother's passport? Or will they only accept her Naturalization Certificate and nothing else?
