He got his mom's GC processed using CP. She passed the CP interview and got her passport stamped.
However, she was given back all her original documents at the time of interview itself. Only thing she got back later on was (probably) her medical report, in a sealed envelop, which she is supposed to show at POE.
Is that normal these days? We had heard that they return ALL original docs in a sealed envelop. Has anything changed?
