Question on Taxes!!!

This is my first message on the new boards. Needed some time to get back.

My question is after obtaining GC, are there any special privilieges/repsonsibilities to be followed.

For example do we get any concessions or is there any differential treatment. Right ow I am filing 1040 and will be ocntinuing to do so.

Any inputs are appreciated.

Not sure what you are asking? if you are looking for lower tax rate as a GC holder, all tax rates are based upon income and dependents. Citizens, permanent residents, nonimmigrant workers and illegal residents all pay taxes at the same rates.
