Question on processing dates in NSC and TSC

I just checked the processing dates for both I-140 and I-485 in NSC and TSC. I noticed that, for TSC, the I-140 for EB1-OR has been updated to 03 Feb 2006 while for NSC, it is still stuck at 28 Sept 2005. Similarly for I-485 (employment based), NSC stuck at 1 Nov 2005 and TSC is current processing 16 Jan 2006.

My question is, would the USCIS process the I-140 and I-485 according to the receiving date? If I file concurently both I-140 and I-485, say, on 28 June 2006, do you mean that they will only process my case when the processing date pass 28 June 2006?

Thanks!

Not necessarily. If you check my signature below and many others, also NSC and TSC I-485 trackers, you'll see that exceptions do happen and some people get approved faster. The official posted processing time is more of a "safe" suggestion. At the same rate, there are also cases that have been pending longer than the processing time chart suggests (due to name check, etc.)
