Question on EB3 cases

Hi

I had my EB3 Case with sub labour , PD-09/2002 on Dec13th 2004.
I understand the retrogession for EB3 started for cases filed afetr Jan 1st 05.
So does that mean my case was alloted Visa number & its not affected by retrogession ?

This also means that the dates for CS Center , 140 & 485 now processing Sep-04 apply to my case ?

Would appreciate any feedback/replies here
