Is San Jose ASC open on saturdays what are the timings.

Let\'s say one goes to ASC with the original Notice and the Fingerprints are rejected, can one go with Courtesy copy and do the FP a seocnd time. anyone with similar experience.

And we go to local INS to get the FP notice , have we to stand in the same line at 5:30 AM or 4 AM or whatever.

ASC operation day/hour is listed on FP notice.

People are encouraged to do FP before the scheduled date.
In case the first FP is rejected by FBI, you still can use the courtesy copy for 2nd try.
Normally SJ ASC accepts premature FP but overdue FP notice will be denied.

There is no harm if you go to ASC earlier than the scheduled date but get denied. You always can try again later.

If you need to visit SJ INS for any reason without appointment, you have to join the long line early in the morning. It is getting even worse recently.
The appointment can only be made by INS officer, not by you or me.
