Question about yellow letter

Hello,

I'm currently waiting for my interview date and I'm a tad confused.

At the end of July, my case status changed (received text and email) to "placed in line for interview" and less than a week later, it changed to "was scheduled for interview".

10 days on, and instead of interview letter, I received a yellow letter asking me to bring DL and Passports. What's more, the letter was issued 3 days after my case status changed to "scheduled for interview".

Is this normal? From my understanding, they should've sent an interview schedule 10 days ago and I should've already received it by now, right?

Not trying to be impatient or anything but I'm already expecting to get denied for failing to meet 3-month residency rule (as per USPS change of address despite having moved back to California 14 weeks prior to filing my application).

Thank you.

yes very interested to know this.

My "guess" is its their mistake. Never seen that sequence (well here in teh forums)
Someone punched the keyboard too early and later realized.
