Hi, I'm a J1 visa holder and am going to apply for a waiver. My dependent, J2 holder , has turned 21 in the meanwhile and got a F-1 visa. My question is: do I have to list him in the online Ds 3035 as dependent even if he has another visa? Thank you so much in advance
