I'm trying to file I-485 for my wife, who came here with K-1 Visa, and we got married last week.
My questions are:
1. Do I need file I-864 form? I don't see anywhere on the instructions for I-485, but I've heard people talk about it.
2. My wife got her medical examination in China while going to the K-1 visa interview, so that she got the Vaccination form, however, on the form, it showed she only got one shot for several things, and she never followed up to get the 2nd shot. Does she need go to a hospital to get the shots and get the form updated before filing the I-485?
