Question about I-485 supplement and Advanced Parole

If you filed I-485 with the supplement form under 245(i), are you eligible for Advanced Parole?
 
Yes, but

AP doesn\'t waive any statutory re-entry bars. If you were illegally present for more than 180 days and therefore subject to the 3-year bar on re-entry, AP won\'t help you.
