I have two APs.
1) Old one ends on Feb 9th 2008.
2) New one starts on Feb 10th 2009.
My question is as follows.
Can I leave the country before 2nd AP starts and come back with 2nd AP?
And also, I have my H1 visa till Feb 2009. Should I go with H1, if so, can I go for H1 stamping. Which option do you think is better.
I have applied for AP for my wife too...But, I am not sure if she will get it by the my family's February travel. So, we are thinking of going for H4 stamp for my wife so she can come back with H4 visa and I can come back on my AP. Do you see any problem in my wife using H4 visa and me using AP? We will be coming back on different dates.
