I am filling my second EAD: question-15-current immigration status?.....I will start using my EAD pretty soon what should i put for Q-15- (i have filled I485 as derivative) can i put I485 pending.

Another question if in future I travel on AP and later on when time comes for another EAD filling what should i put for question-14-(manner of last entry).....thank inadvance
