Hello all!
I am a green card holder. I am intending to file for i-130 for my spouse who is residing outside USA. I am currently in Texas.
I had a couple of questions:
1. If I apply from texas, will the case be processed in Texas or somewhere else?
2. Can my spouse apply for student visa in Canada because I already know that my spouse wont be able to apply for F1 in USA.
