Toronto have 53 days of waiting so I am woundering to take Quebec.

Q1) Have any one of us have any experience of Stamping from Quebec?

Q2) Is it possible to get earlier date from Toronto office?

I am going to Quebec city on 6/15 for H1b stamping.
For my previous H1, I got stamping in Montreal. I am a landed immigrant in Canada though.
