Qs on EAD/AP, please respond

Here are few questions on EAD/AP, can someone answer

1) Is it true that when AP is issued (not used), H-1 is revoked, so you need to apply for EAD to work?
2) If you are working on H-1 with I485 filed. Can you still use AP to travel?
3) In your EAD application, it asks if you applied for EAD previously. If you have used optional practical training, should that EAD
be mentioned here?
4) If yes on 3, in the 485 application there was A# asked. But, I didn\'t put down anything. Now I realized practical training card has
A#, should that have been written there. Any problems with not putting down A# there and now mentioning the old EAD in new
EAD application.

You should put your A# at all places in 485 application

3. Yes. I did provide my A#. My lawyer advised me so.
4. Since it is a mistake, check with your attorney what you should do.

(3) My lawyer did include A+ from practical training when my 485 is filed.

(4) It might be no problem if you include a copy of practical training. they can check it out.

According to my lawyer, Practical training EAD does not count. New A# will be issued. That is just my lawyers opinion.

if u see I-485 there is a new a# on it on the receipt for 485..think this is the one u need to put - jay
